I started my journey in July 2015 for several reasons, none of which are for weight loss. I have had my share of health issues, multiple surgeries and treatments for an auto-immune blood disease that I acquired as a teenager. I eat pretty well and exercise daily but my body craved more. When I began to use this incredible nutrition and cellular level cleansing system my energy level increased, I started sleeping much better and have gained so much lean muscle mass. The amazing nutrition of these products had truly increased my quality of life. I am fueling my body with the best nutrition and using other parts of the system too that enable me to workout longer and have great recovery and ones that keep me young. I am 46 years old and in the best shape I have ever been in, even with all my artificial joints and slight handicaps. I’m doing this the rest of my life!

My life before this amazing nutritional and cleansing system, started every morning I wake up and I was exhausted could barely get out of bed was in so much pain but the doctors had pretty much told me that this was what my life was going to be like. I’d start out by taking a pain pill, a muscle relaxer, and anti anxiety pill, an anti-inflammatory, and an antidepressant. Somehow through all that fog I would get up and I would have to work, I was always brought up no matter what you just got up and you did what you had to do to get through the day to get the job done. After living like this for the last several years and going to many doctors pain specialists, back surgeons and my primary care I tried several different procedures to become pain free and to try and lose weight all just to fail.
I’d been following Trudy for several months watching her life journey and watching her lose weight and look phenomenal and just full of life. And just out of curiosity I reached out to her to see what she had been doing to turn her life around. This last year has been one of the most stressful and painful years of my life we were having financial problems and my health was dwindling fast. August started a new journey for our family as we had one daughter going off to college the other was having a baby, and I had been told that I needed to have surgery if not multiple surgeries on my neck and back.
Not knowing what the side effects from surgery were going to do to me and not being able to work for 5 months just added another layer of stress. While laying in bed recovering one day I was reading some inspirational post that Trudy had put on facebook and I reached out to her and asked her if she could help me. She set up a time to come see me because I was bedridden. That day she came over and we met, was the day that would change my life forever!
When she came over in the morning she said let me make you something that’s going to make you feel great, I was thinking what in the world do I have to lose currently I’m taking a pile of medication I can barely get around and all I need to do is take a leap of faith. I tasted it and she gave me the information and answered my questions and about 4 hours later I couldn’t believe how I felt. My husband called to check on me and he thought that he was talking to our oldest daughter and I said “no honey it’s me, I’ve never felt like this before! I feel so amazing and I want these products I know they’ll change our lives”. He couldn’t believe that he was talking to me and he said whatever we need to do let’s do it! November 12th with mine and my husband’s(he’s a firefighter) new birthday, our new life journey began that day. I feel like these products have given me a new lease on life given me back my energy and currently I have lost over 24 pounds and 29 inches and I feel so amazing. I am no longer taking pain medication anxiety medication or antidepressants. It is absolutely amazing to me that when you feed your body with premium nutrition what your body is able to reverse.
I’m so excited and so grateful for the awesome nutrition has provided and I can’t believe that at 47 years old I feel like I’m 27 and I don’t ever want to go back to what I felt like before.
